Foodbank vouchers

Our foodbank uses a voucher referral system. Find out how to get a voucher and access emergency food.

Anyone can face a crisis, for many different reasons. We’re here to help.

We work with trusted local agencies to help you access emergency food and support that suits your circumstances. These agencies may also offer ongoing advice and practical help with the difficulties you’re facing.

Who can help?

The table below lists our local partner agencies in Wythenshawe who can issue foodbank vouchers.

If you’re already receiving support from one of these agencies, speak to them first, as they’ll be familiar with your circumstances.

What to expect

The referral agency will ask for a few basic details about your circumstances and household. This helps them arrange your voucher, offer appropriate advice and make sure we prepare enough emergency food for everyone in your household.

Once you’ve received your e-voucher, visit one of our foodbank centres and give the voucher number to a volunteer. They’ll welcome you and help you collect your food parcel.

Please use your voucher within seven days of issue, as we’re unable to fulfil vouchers that are more than seven days old.
