We understand that anyone can face a crisis, and it can happen for many different reasons.

To make sure you get the proper support for your situation, we work closely with trusted local agencies. These agencies may also offer ongoing support to help you with the issues behind your crisis.

What to Expect

When you contact a referral agency, they’ll ask for a few basic details to complete your voucher.
This helps them refer you to us and provide any practical advice you may need. It also ensures we prepare the right amount of emergency food for everyone in your household.

Once you have been issued with an e-voucher, pop down to your local center and give one of our volunteers the number and they will sort out your food parcel.
